Church Leadership

Gospel for the Nations Church practices elder-led congregationalism.

The congregation recognizes and appoints biblically qualified elders and deacons according to Scripture (Acts 6:1–7; 1 Timothy 3:1–13; Titus 1:5–9).

The elders provide spiritual oversight, teaching, and shepherding, while the deacons lead practical ministries and support the work of the church.

Major decisions affecting the life and direction of the church are made with the involvement and affirmation of the congregation under the authority of God's Word.

We believe every believer has received spiritual gifts to serve Christ and build up His Church.

Whether through leadership, hospitality, worship, discipleship, administration, or acts of service, every member is encouraged to use their gifts faithfully for the glory of God and the growth of His Kingdom (1 Peter 4:10–11; Ephesians 4:11–16).
